We've got little telescopes for little people. For our youngest stargazers, we recommend smaller, simpler telescopes that anyone can use. Our best-selling kids telescope is the 80mm AstroVenture. Kids 11-13
For older kids there are more options. We love our great 3" reflector telescopes -- a scope big enough to really get them excited, but still easy enough to handle and have a ton of fun. But as your kids approach their early teens, it is time to consider a "real" telescope, with quality optics and serious viewing capabilities. We love the 80mm refractor, our best-selling kids scope, for this age range as well. Kids will love the portability, easy of use, and space views. For the real space enthusiast, look to the 70mm reflector and 70mm Kids Pak, great optics and a full featured tripod and mount. Kids 14 & Up
Space crazed teens will flip over our larger 4.5" telescopes. These are our favorite telescopes for adults too.
